Michael Ingram has fourteen years of diversified economic development experience on both a local and statewide basis as well as in a consulting capacity.
Michael Ingram served three years as a Project Manager for the Electric Power Associations of Mississippi and eight years as Executive Director of the Simpson County Development Foundation. He has spent the past three plus years as an independent consultant providing research and analysis services to communities and other consulting groups such as Common Sense Economic Development, LLC.
Michael has a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning and Community Development from the University of Southern Mississippi, has taken the Basic Finance class offered by CDFI, and graduated from the True South basic economic development program offered through Southern Mississippi.
Michael has been active in both the Mississippi Economic Development Council and the Southern Economic Development Council. He is a graduate of the Janus Institute.
